Allicons

The Allicons made their debut in The Transformers: The Movie (1986) as the Quintessons’ reptilian enforcers and guards. These odd looking metal creatures serve as both executioners and protectors within the Quintesson judicial system, attacking prisoners who are deemed “guilty” — which, under Quintesson law, is nearly everyone. With their hulking bodies, jagged teeth, and the ability to transform into robotic alligator-like beasts, the Allicons embody the cruel, mechanical savagery of their masters. In the film, they are seen surrounding and attacking the Autobots when Hot Rod and Kup are captured on the Quintesson homeworld. Though they appear only briefly, the Allicons add to the movie’s darker tone and expand the alien menace of the wider Transformers universe beyond the familiar Autobot–Decepticon conflict.
